I liked that the staff were respectful and professional throughout.
Nice large rooms. Generally very clean. Located only a couple kilometers from the city centre (easy to walk and cheap by taxi). Unfortunately breakfast was mostly cold and the toilets near the lobby could have been cleaner.
The rooms look nice though the walk to the elevators was kind of far from my room. There is a swimming pool and a gift shop and dinner was in their convention center which is connected to their hotel. The dining rooms look very nice as well.
Nice hotel. I give only 3 star as they have no bell services. We arrived at night 8pm. They have nice Room amenities and but they should put extra pillows different size. We have very high pillow. It is not comfortable for back sleeper. Breakfast is very good.
Clean hotel, quiet location, not really in the center part but spacious place so its good for big group.
Everthing from the view, infrastructure and services are great. However a room with 4 walls surround instead of giving me a glass window??? Damn! And the food doesn't fit my taste
Breakfast buffet was large with a wide array of selections. Room was spacious with plenty of amenities. The only shortcomings were the unclean floor, the shower leaking water all over the bathroom, and we weren’t given enough toilet/tissue paper.
Not very close to much, but the room is big and spacious. Everything seems clean, and the service from the staff was extremely efficient and fast. Would definitely recommend for big groups like mine
